Please read the instructions carefully as you submit your manuscript for review.
All new submissions must be submitted electronically as a single Word (.doc, .docx) or PDF file via our online submission portal. Note "single" file: There should be just one file, and it should include the title page (including your name), abstract and keywords, and any tables, figures, appendixes, and so forth. Please number your pages; manuscripts without page numbers will be returned to the authors.
Please read the FAQ prior to submitting your file.
Manuscripts should not exceed 12,000 words, excluding notes, reference lists, and appendixes.
